Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To request a return, please contact us at mindspace062@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at mindspace062@gmail.com.
Final Sale Items
Please note that the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used supplements
- Digital downloads (eBooks, guides, etc.)
- Aromatherapy and personal care products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Any clearance or specially marked “Final Sale” items
These items are clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.
